The contract that travels with every BCS shipment.
These terms govern all carriage services provided by Bahrain Courier Services W.L.L. ("BCS") and, where applicable, performed on the DHL network under our service partnership. By tendering a shipment, the shipper accepts these terms on behalf of all parties with an interest in the shipment.
BCS liability is limited to the lesser of actual value or 25 BHD per kilogram for international carriage, unless a higher value is declared and shipment value protection purchased. Claims must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date.
BCS does not carry cash, bearer instruments, live animals (except under contract), human remains, illegal goods, or items prohibited by IATA, IMDG or Bahraini law. Dangerous goods move only under our certified DG programme.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain, without prejudice to mandatory international conventions.
