How BCS handles personal data under Bahrain's PDPL (Law No. 30 of 2018).
We process names, contact details, addresses and shipment contents strictly to perform carriage, clear customs and prevent fraud. Tracking numbers and delivery signatures are retained for seven years as required by Bahraini commercial law.
Under the PDPL you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to direct marketing. Contact our Data Protection Officer at info@bahraincourier.com. We respond within 15 working days.
Shipment data travels with your parcel — including to DHL network facilities — under contractual safeguards equivalent to Bahraini standards.
